How Pfizer Misled Us: Their Shots Can Do More Harm Than Good

By Daniel Bobinski

The Canadian Covid Care Alliance (CCCA) has released an analysis with an accompanying video showing how Pfizer misled the public when reporting the results of their “vaccine” trials. First, the drug maker reported only the relative risk reduction instead of actual risk reduction after their highly abbreviated and ethically suspect two-month trial. Second, the data shows that participants in Pfizer’s inoculated study group – those receiving the “vaccine” – actually had an increase in the number of illnesses and deaths over the placebo group.

Relative risk reduction versus actual risk reduction

According to the CCCA, Pfizer bragged that their Covid-19 “vaccine” had a 95% efficacy.  As stated in the CCCA’s report, “That sounds like it protects you all the time, right? But that’s not what the number means.” The 95% is a Relative Risk Reduction.  The Absolute Risk Reduction, which is where the rubber meets the road, was only 0.84%.

Simply stated, the actual risk reduction for someone who received a Pfizer Covid-19 “vaccine” was less than 1%.

Here’s what happened.  Pfizer had 18,325 people in their placebo group.  Of that group of people not receiving a “vaccine,” 162 of them caught Covid-19 during the two-month trial period, or 0.88%. Pfizer had 18,198 people in their test group – those receiving the “vaccine.”  Of that group, eight people caught Covid-19 during the two-month trial period, or 0.04%.

After their abbreviated trial, Pfizer reported only the relative risk reduction percentage (95%). That number sounds impressive. However, In the actual population, the difference was only 0.84%. In medicine, it’s the practical number – the Absolute Risk Reduction – that matters.

According to the CCCA, “The FDA recommends using Absolute Risk Reduction (ARR), which begs the question of how many people would have chosen to take the Covid-19 vaccines had they understood that they offered less than 1% benefit?”

.

“How many people would have chosen to take the Covid-19 vaccines had they understood that they offered less than 1% benefit?”

Increased injuries and deaths among the vaccinated

Buried in Pfizer’s report on their vaccine trial is data on vaccine injuries that occurred during and soon after the trial. Turns out that during the trial, 5,000 participants in the test (vaxxed) group reported an injury of some kind, whereas only 1,000 participants reported injuries in the control (unvaxxed) group.

When it came to “severe adverse events,” those that interfered with normal daily function, there was a 75% increase among those who received the actual vaccine.  And “serious” adverse events, which are those requiring a trip to the emergency room, were 10% higher among those who received the actual vaccine.

Regarding deaths, 15 people died among those who received the actual vaccine, whereas 14 died in the test (placebo) group.  And, after the two-month trial was over, five more people who received vaccinations died, whereas none from the unvaccinated group did.

The CCCA is adamant: “There is no benefit to a reduction in cases if it comes at the cost of increased sickness and death.”

As of this writing, the CCCA’s video explaining the Pfizer research can be viewed on their home page, www.canadiancovidcarealliance.org. A comprehensive PDF of the data examined is also provided by the CCCA. That PDF can be viewed and downloaded here.
